RETURN AND CANCELLATION
As long as the packaging and the purchased product are in their original condition, return or refund subjects would be accepted according to the rules below:
1. Return or refund as per the invoice within 14 days after the purchase of the item.
2. Without the original invoice, and in the case that the product is not in its original condition, no exchange or return will be accepted.
3. After the given period of 14 days, we cannot accept unwanted items.
You can exchange your item within 14 days after the purchase with any other item we have in our stock.
How to Return:
1. You have 14 days from the shipping date or purchase date of the order to return your purchase from homecrown.ae free of charge.
2. The items must have all the labels and be in the original condition.
Options for returning the Item:
1. Home Crown Store
You can return your order at our store located in Al Sabkha 105 Building, Behind BMI Bank, Shop No 7/8, Deira, Dubai-United Arab Emirates.
For online shopping, you only have to present the purchase receipt with the items you wish to return. You can show it on your mobile screen or print it out.
2. Home Cancellation
Log in with your Username and Password to make a return request from the order details screen. We will send a courier to pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24 to 48 hours.
Refunds will be made via the same purchase method except for orders paid by Cash on Delivery, which shall be made via bank transfer or an online voucher.
Purchases made via bank card (Debit/Credit) will be refunded against the bank card (Debit/ Credit) used for the Original Purchase.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the date of your order.
You may also cancel your order if the products are damaged, faulty, or not as described. In such case, we will pay back the delivery cost as well, if you had paid any.
